WHO DESIGNS THE PRODUCTS?
Megan (hi that's me!) illustrates and designs everything you see on this website and social media, unless stated otherwise. From the products and content to writing the personal note in your order package: I'm your gal. If you want to know a little bit more about me, head over to the “about” page.

WHAT KIND OF PAPER ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE FROM?
All prints are printed on white, 250 grams paper.

However, I am aware of the negative ecological impact of the pulp and paper industry and I am looking into more environment friendly options for both my prints and packaging in the future. I’m always open to suggestions or ideas on how to be more sustainable and eco-friendly, so please feel free to contact me if you have any ideas on how I can improve.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
I am happy to have found a good printing company in Amsterdam, where I was living when I started my small bizz. I have recently moved to Glasgow and am exploring options of producing my prints here instead, to keep things as local as possible.

My printing company send my items to me with CO2-neutral and Green Postage from PostNL which invests in durable projects to comprise for the CO2 pollution of every delivery.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
I ship to all countries in Europe and America.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Please allow 2-3 working days before shipping. Once you receive your tracking number:

·        Shipping to the UK (£3.99) will usually be delivered within 1-2 working days .

·        Delivery to Europe (£10.00) will usually be delivered within 3-7 working days.

·        Parcels can be tracked at: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

·        Please note that any customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt

CAN I GET MY GIFT DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Sure you can, I understand that you may like to get your gift straight to someone else's house. When you’re filling out of your shipping details, just fill in your loved one's address. If you have any problems with your address, I can absolutely solve those for you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Unfortunately it's not possible at this time to exchange any products because I'm just a small & starting company. If the product you received is faulty or you are unhappy with your order, please contact me through drysdalethelabel@gmail.com to arrange a refund and return.
